{Vendor Spotlight} New Ways to Wear Your Jewelry

Coco Chanel was famous for saying, “Once you've dressed, and before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take at least one thing off.” Apparently she never met 93-year-old Iris Apfel. Iris Apfel is perhaps the most adorned woman in the United States and the queen of layering accessories. Her belief is that fashion is everywhere – from high end shops to dollar stores.

I recently watched a documentary about her simply entitled Iris. Iris Apfel is anything but simple. Her free soaring spirit inspires others and her excitement and enthusiasm about fashion is infectious. She believes in curiosity and the process of finding one’s self. It’s what keeps her engaged in life. She says, “If you're lucky enough to do something you love, everything else follows."

Maybe you just found the perfect necklace or already have a collection of necklaces you are not sure how to style. Let Iris be your inspiration in guiding you. Any way you wear them, they become your own form of expression and your story to tell. Here are three ideas that will keep your jewelry looking fresh and current this season:

High necklines can provide the perfect blank canvas to showcase a statement necklace. It gives maximum impact with minimal effort.

Button-ups boring and feel too serious? Never again. Wear your favorite bib necklace to transform a boring shirt into something that has allure.

[title subtitle="Keep Your Look Monochromatic"][/title]

GG3

Don’t be afraid to try wearing multiple necklaces at one time. As long as they are in the same color family, your look will be sleek and chic.
