In order to serve, you must be 18+, obtain your TABC license and take a 30-minute online training. All those details will be given once you sign up.

Moody Center + Created Woman
Volunteers will work in the food and beverage stations at the Moody Center. As a volunteer you will monitor the self-checkout lines, help customers as needed, stock and organize beverages, and check ID's for alcohol purchase. Shifts are estimated to last 5-6 hours.
In return, a portion of the sales will be donated back to our non-profit. This is an amazing opportunity for us to serve our community and fundraise for the women we serve.

Steps to sign up
Once you complete the steps below, you will receive an email from our Event Coordinator.
Step 1: Reserve your spot on the date you want to serve on our master sign up list on sign up genius
Step 2: If you do not already have a food & beverage license, click the link below to take your online class. You will be required to pay for your own license since this is yours to keep and valid for two years to use however you wish.
FC Soccer + Created Woman
CW Foundation has had the honor to be invited to participate in every home game for the Austin FC Soccer team! As one of the local non-profits participating , we serve at the ATX MARKET which is one of the OPEN AIR SELF-CHECK OUT MARKETS.
In return, 10% of sales will be donated back to our non-profit. This is an amazing opportunity for us to serve our community and furthers our tax exempt purpose by allowing us to serve our community.

Steps to sign up for FC Austin Soccer Games
Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up.
Sign up on our master sign up below and take the training linked below.
An email will be sent out to CONFIRM or CANCEL your participation.
Time Commitment: 5-6 hours consisting of parking & event

Step 1: Sign up for the game(s) you want.
Step 2: Levy Restaurant Training
Follow the steps below:
Complete 30 Minute orientation video digitally. - Vol/Temp/Subcontractor Orientation - it includes the below segments. You will not be tested on the video, but must complete the videos on order to receive certificate at the end.
Levy Training & Acknowledgments
Required annually. Average completion time is 30 minutes. This training includes:
Cash handling
Safety and sanitation, non-slip shoes, cut resistant gloves, OSHA
Policy against harassment and discrimination
Health reporting agreement
Liquor liability and responsible alcohol service standard
2. At the end of the video training, you will receive a certificate. Save certificate to upload in step #5 - it will also be emailed to you as well
3. Fill Out below PDF attached below in the pink buttons , Download PDF & fill in blue boxes which includes

4. TABC: Inside the above mentioned PDF, there is a link to obtain your TABC if you do not have one. Please know you will need to pay for the license since it will be valid and yours to use for 2 years. There is a discount code given for 32% off.

Soccer Sign Ups & Trainings Details/Tips
STEP #1: Use SignUp Genius to select EACH game date that you’d like to serve. Click HERE or the button above.
STEP #2: Sign up for your shirt and hat paid for by CW that is required to wear during events. You will get to keep this! Once completed, a Docusign will be emailed to you containing the Levy Restaurant Training videos.
STEP #3: Levy Restaurants Training Videos: .
For location, choose Q2 stadium
Watch training videos, approximately 30 minutes. MOM TIP: Watch while folding clothes. You will receive an automatic certificate at the end.
At the end of the video you will receive your certificate.
Go back to your DocuSign in your email and upload your Levy Restaurant certifacte
STEP #4: TABC Certification: TABC Certification and Food Handler Course Package, $14.99 (Required) Click HERE or button above. This will take about 2 hours but is yours to keep and use as needed.

Soccer Faq’s:
All of the below details will be emailed before each game.
Communication: Belinda Atta at: Belinda@CreatedWoman.Net will be the point of contact and sending all necessary information. Save this so that it does not go into your spam. For game day only communication, feel free to text 512-704-2120.
Week of game communication: Email reminders will go out featuring the below information specific to each game.
Parking: Q2 Stadium has provided a shuttle for all volunteers that will drop you off right in front of the volunteer check in room.
The week you are signed up, we will give you a QR code from the stadium to that will register your phone number.
The night before game, the stadium will text you another QR code that you must show to the parking lot attendant.
Parking is in the IBM parking garage off of burnet across from The Domain. But you must have the weekly QR code that is texted to enter.
Volunteers allow 20-30 minutes after parking to shuttle to the stadium and check-in. Meaning, if your arrival time is 11 a.m., park and take the shuttle by 10:30 a.m.
Arrival: Volunteers will need to arrive 2 hours pre-game. Doors open 1.5 hours before the game so this time allows you to eat and set up your concession stand.

Attire: You will be provided a black polo, black hat, and black mask to wear upon arrival to Q2 stadium paid for by Created Woman. This is yours to keep and wear again at the next game you plan on attending. Wear 7” shorts or jeans and tennis shoes. As of August 1, masks are required at Q2 stadium. Please wear your mask.
HINT: For game 1, wear a light tank so that you can put your new t-shirt over you top.
Personal belongings: Bring with you only your necessities, keys, wallet, etc and leave everything else at home. You will be able to secure a very tiny lockbox to place valuables in if you desire. However, those are first come first serve and are also available to stadium guests as well.
Meal: A free meal is provided for you upon arrival courtesy of the stadium. You can choose from a sandwich or a salad.
