Created Woman Magazine Re-Launches in 2014
(Austin, TX – Jan 2014) Created Woman magazine, an Austin-based fashion and faith magazine is excited to announce its re-launch as a digital, interactive subscription-based magazine on January 21th, 2014. The updated magazine will connect with readers around the world through an engaging mobile application and online presence.
In addition to greater accessibility the updated magazine is partnering with FashionMingle.net out of New York City. This partnership will offer readers real-time insight into runway shows, couture designer interviews and popular how-to’s. Created Woman is also adding a new Inside/Out contributor, Charlotte Gambill. Based out of the UK, Gambli is a globally renowned author, speaker, pastor and mother.
Not to worry though, the digital magazine will continue publishing reader’s current favorites like, Girl on the Street, featuring original fashion photography, 20-Something Diaries, follows a New Orleans-based 20-something through her real life issues, Featured Designer, introduces an up and coming fashion designer in every issue and The Created Woman, chronicling different women who have identified their purpose and are making a difference in the world.
“After the launch of our print magazine we continued to see tremendous growth in our global online readership”, said Founder, Heather Frierson. “We saw a digital magazine, with contributors from around the world as the perfect way to continue to connect globally to a diverse group of women.”
To celebrate the re-launch of Created Woman, the magazine is hosting a writing contest. Aspiring writers should submit a 350 - 400 word essay by email to Created Woman at created@createdwoman.net then Facebook or tweet the submission title using the hash tag, #LiveAStory. The winner will be announced on March 16th at Created Woman’s first ever Style Speaks event produced by Modish Productions & Sponsored by Fiat of Austin.
